$200-$950 min a month with all the lowest sales we offer the $500 Residential Registration.
Commission per sale X number of sales = Payout per month
4-19 sales per month at 10% commission. Considered “part time”, if you’re steadily hitting 10+ sales a month and want to push for “full time” agent perks. We will provide you with an @goldpatrons email address plus business cards to help grow your business. More ideas and documents to help on our assistance page from the lounge. That’s what we’re here for to help grow your business.

$6,500-$8,675 min a month with all the lowest sales we offer the $500 Residential Registration.
Commission per sale X number of sales = commission per month
Commission per month + $5,000 bonus = Monthly payout
20 sales a month is only closing an average of 1 sale a day mon-fri.
20-49 sales per month at 15% commission. Considered “full-time”. Agents receive a $5,000 bonus every month they stay within this sales range. Agents all receive an @GoldPatrons email address to assist in their efforts, plus personalized business cards so your referrals come to you. Agents receive travel bonuses as well, for our events hosted away from your home, we will fly you out if you wish to come. A dedicated workspace in our Long Island office once construction is completed. Coming into the office is voluntary.

$13,750 minimum a month for only 50 sales at the lowest priced option we have, the $500 Residential Registration.
Commission per sale X number of sales = commission per month
Commission per month + $10,000 bonus = Monthly payout
All before the additional value of top performer perks.
50 sales a month is only closing an average of 1.6 sales a day mon-fri.
50+ sales a month at 15% commission. Top Performers receive a $10,000 bonus every month they stay above the 50 sales mark. Top-Performers receive all of the perks Agents do, plus a private office in our office. Coming into the office is still voluntary. Top 3 top performers at the end of the year receive a full weeks paid vacation for themselves and their family. Flight, hotel, rental car, and spending money all covered. That week receives a grace period if you happen to drop under 50 sales that month because of your vacation. You’ve earned it and won’t lose your top performer benefits for enjoying your time off.
