For Mortgage providers that want DeedLock coverage, but can't add it to their closings
Sponsor an Agent was a program developed to assist Mortgage Providers that want DeedLock Coverage for their clients, but for one reason or another are unable to add it themselves.
Agents normally pay $49.99/m for unlimited closings per year and can use these tools to add massive value to their brand as an agent. While also providing a high value closing gift for an extremely low cost.
Mortgage Companies that want to sponsor an agent pay $24.99/m per agent they sponsor. These agents will ONLY be able to register properties that go through your mortgage company. This is a massive incentive for the agent to recommend your company over the competitors.
When an agent submits a closing on our platform through the lounge they will be prompted to select their provider(you). Each closing submitted will be sent to you for confirmation before approval. IF an agent attempts to submit a closing through your sponsorship without your mortgage company they will be removed from the program. Zero tolerance. An agent may still register a property if they used a different mortgage provider. However, it will cost them $150 per registration if they don't have a personal membership with us already at $49.99/m.
